Jahmiel

Born in Portmore, Jamaica, Jahmiel Foster recognized his passion for music at the tender age of 4. For as long as his family remembers, Jahmiel sang his own song making up his own lyrics. As his love for music grew, Jahmiel was inspired by legendary icon Bob Marley, Buju Banton, Junior and Sizzla Kalonji just to name a few. There was no doubt in his mind that music was his destiny, and after high school, Jahmiel dedicated his life to his passion. Through the introduction of his cousin (Pops), Jahmiel built a relationship with Jamie and Ahkeem Roberts of Young Vibez Production and as perseverance prevailed, he was later signed to Shocking Vibez under the management of Patrick Roberts in 2009-2013.

Jahmiel career began blooming as he recorded and garnered hits with such labels as Young Vibez, T.J Records, Brit Jams, Dunwell Productions, Bashment Productions, Randy Rich Productions, Network Ent, Icon, Good Production Zum, Hemp Higher Productions, Bomb Rush Productions, Cashflow Records’, Miller 9 Records, Social Yaad Records, Jay Crazie Records, Black Spyda Records, Magnolia Music, Green Leaf Productions, Kevy B Records, NotNice Records, U.I.M Records, and Head Concussion Records.

As of january 2014 he signed with Manager Davila and City Rock Entertainment. Since then he has been involved in charity and educational events such as in may 2014 he was a special guess of the former Prime minister at United Negro Improvement Association formed by Marcus Garvey with guess speaker was Jasmine Rand, Trayvon Martin’s Lawyer.

As his versatility crosses-over between reggae, culture, international and dancehall, Jahmiel prides himself in writing his own lyrics bringing a positive vibe. The rising star can be heard ripping both the local and international airwaves and promises nothing but his all to both his fans and musical lovers worldwide. Currently “Real Father” and “Someday” produced by NotNice records which has reached various charts.
